- Build the web apps and APIs behind Entergrade's enterprise telephony products
- Built a migration tool end to end from exact customer requirements, moving offices onto the customer's platform at 500 a week, up from 30
- Rebuilt the main customer portal in SvelteKit and updated its .NET backend
- Built a call queue view that updates in real time
- Built a platform for IT providers to manage all their customers in one place
- Built shared SvelteKit components, documented in Storybook
- Built REST APIs that feed analytics and reporting
- Added security controls for the company's SOC 2 audit
